What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is a group activity where you enter a room to solve puzzles, find hidden items and have a good time trying to solve the mystery of the room.
Where are you located?
We are on the second floor of the Atrium in the heart of downtown Troy. We're across the hall from the Department of Labor and next door to Troy Tax Service. We're also conveniently located in the same building as the Winter Troy Farmer's Market!
How long does it take?
You'll have one hour to solve the mystery. We recommend joining us fifteen minutes early to make sure everyone's all ready to go in a timely fashion.
Is it scary?
Nope. We're not big fans of horror ourselves so we've decided to leave that genre to those better equipped to provide it.
Is there an age requirement?
Not really, but our rooms are designed to be challenging for teens and up so keep that in mind. Also, we do request parental supervision for anyone under 12.
What if I don't have the full number of people for a room?
That's ok! Buy as many tickets as you have people who are interested in joining you and other people may sign up for your same slot and bring their own expertise to the table to help.
I'm a student and don't have much cash. Is there a deal to help me?
Why yes there is! If you are a student we have a student discount offer for you. Just indicate that you're a student when buying your ticket and be sure to bring your student ID along to show us when you come to the room.
Do I need to bring anything special for this?
Just your observation and puzzle solving skills. Everything you'll need to solve the puzzles will be in the room for you. As for attire, you won't need to be climbing anything or crawling around so no need to be concerned about getting dirty.
What about corporate team building exercises?
We do that too! Call us, e-mail us or use our contact form on this site and we'll be happy to set things up for you and your business.
What about cancellations?
If you find the need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible.
Keep your eyes peeled and always remember to talk to your team. Working together is key to getting the pieces and skills together that you'll need to succeed. And as silly as it sounds, remember to have fun! This is meant to be a good time so it often helps going into it with that mindset.
